About the Hub
What is “The Hub”?
Founded in January 2018 through a $2.5 million investment by Provost Sally McRorie, FSU’s Innovation Hub, also known as “The Hub,” is a unique collaborative workspace and makerspace that provides students from across disciplines with opportunities to explore their creative, innovative nature through course work, co-curricular activities, and tools for innovation. We also support faculty in teaching and research by providing resources, expertise, and a community focused on the future of higher education. We are open to everyone with an FSU ID and offer special outreach events for our local community.

The Hub is not an academic unit within the university, but offers a wide range of co-curricular resources, and offers courses and academic credentials through partnerships with academic units.
